It has come to our attention that a women named Lelia Wills is still using the name
"Hip Hop Stands With Survivors" without permission from myself, Ronald Savage or any representative from this NYS registered "Hip Hop Stands With Survivors Inc." organization. Lelia Wills or no one has any legal rights in the state of New York to do business or to represent in any form or fashion that they are representing hip hop stands with survivors. We want to make it clear that any use of the name, logo, or any aspect of our brand without proper authorization is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
As a New York State registered service mark organization , we take our reputation and brand seriously. We have worked hard to establish ourselves as an advocate for survivors within the help of the hip hop industry. It is not acceptable for anyone to use our name or likeness without our approval, and we will take legal action against any individuals or organizations that continue to do so.
We urge anyone who has been using the name "Hip Hop Stands With Survivors" without permission to cease and desist immediately. You may not use our name in any context, including websites, publications, or any other media outlet, without getting proper authorization from myself or a representative from our organization.
Failure to comply with this request will result in legal action being taken against you. We hope that you will respect our intellectual property rights and do the right thing by ceasing all unauthorized use of our name and brand.
